Delivery

Most hard goods, i.e. mugs, pens, tradeshow give-a-ways, etc, are shipped in approximately 10 working days after art approval. Soft goods, i.e. apparel and headwear, are shipped within 10 working days after embroidery sample approval. Rush orders are available, but may be subject to a rush charge by the vendor..

Imports

Delivery on imports can vary between 60-120 days, based on the product and may be subject to higher minimums.

Art Requirements

One (1) color - black and white vector art, with no percentages or gradations, in an IBM compatible .eps, .ai or .cdr format and all fonts converted to curves/outlines...clean, high resolution (300+ dpi) black and white bitmaps scaled to at least 200% of final output size. Multi-color - multi color vector are in an IBM compatible .eps, .ai or .cdr format. All colors must be 100%, no percentages or gradations, with all fonts converted to curves/outlines.
